• Details you enter in our forms: your name and mobile number, and if you choose to give them, your email, preferred plot size, preferred visit date and message.
• How you found us: if you arrive from an advertisement or campaign link, we record the campaign tags in that link (for example utm_source, gclid or fbclid) with your enquiry.
• Website usage: if analytics or advertising tags are switched on, Google and Meta may set cookies to measure visits and ad performance. These services follow their own privacy policies.

Why we use it

• To call or message you about your enquiry, share the brochure and plot availability, and arrange a site visit.
• To understand which of our advertisements bring genuine enquiries.

We do not sell your personal data. We use your details only to contact you about Hithaishi Farms.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored securely in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) in Google's Mumbai region. Only authorised members of our team can view them.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up on your interest, and then delete them.

Your choices
